The website, including but not limited to its programming, editing, compilation and other elements necessary for its operation, designs, logos, text and/or graphics, are the property of the RESPONSIBLE PARTY or, if applicable, have a license or authorship expressed by the authors. All the contents of the website are duly protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations and registered in the corresponding public registers.

Regardless of the purpose for which it was intended, total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution, and commercialization requires the prior written authorization of the RESPONSIBLE PARTY. Any use not previously authorized is considered a serious violation of the author’s intellectual or industrial property rights.

Use of Cookies

IP addresses

The site’s servers will be able to automatically detect the IP address and domain name used by the user. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to a computer when it connects to the Internet. All this information is recorded in a duly registered server activity file which allows the subsequent processing of the data to obtain only statistical measurements that allow us to know the number of page impressions, the number of visits made to the web servers, the order of visits, the access point, etc.

IMAGE PRIVACY

The Person Responsible publishes some images exclusively for the purpose of informing about the activities carried out by Next Fertility. If anyone feels affected by the publication of their image and does not want it to be published, all they must do is email it to Next Fertility and we will delete it immediately.

It is strictly forbidden for such images to be published, disclosed, propagated, or transmitted without the express authorization of Next Fertility and applicable law and jurisdiction.

For the resolution of all disputes or issues related to this website or the activities carried out therein, Portuguese legislation shall apply, to which the parties expressly submit, with the Judges and Courts closest to Faro having authority for the resolution of all conflicts arising from or related to its use.
